We are an educational institution that provides individual and high-quality support to job seekers – whether on the way to a new job or in realising self-employment. Our work is based on a clear commitment to impartiality, independence and a non-discriminatory attitude.

Our customer orientation

Unsere Kunden sind Arbeitssuchende, deren Potenziale und Bedürfnisse im Mittelpunkt stehen. Durch persönliche Betreuung schaffen wir maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, die den Erwartungen und Zielen unserer Kunden gerecht werden. Rückmeldungen aus der Zusammenarbeit nutzen wir aktiv, um unsere Angebote und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und so einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert zu schaffen. Dazu werden regelmäßige Zufriedenheitsbefragungen durchgeführt. Außerdem berücksichtigen wir Rückmeldungen von Kostenträgern, wie der Agentur für Arbeit und den Jobcentern, um unsere Prozesse und Angebote ständig zu optimieren.

Our communication and further development

The mission statement is a central orientation for our employees, partners (e.g. employment agency, job center and companies) and customers. We communicate it transparently and bindingly both internally and externally. It is reviewed annually to ensure that it always meets current requirements and developments. Adjustments are made as needed in order to secure our values and goals in the long term.
